If you are looking to apply for your first driver's license or instruction permit, make sure to check the Available Services at your location to make sure the facility offers either "First Time Issuance" for a driver's license or "Instruction Permit First Time Issuance" for a learner's permit. Additionally this will let you know which facilities offer Road Test services, which is important if you are visiting to apply for your first license as an adult.
